I'd like to starve myself to lose some weight but i know it is harmful. From what i google, it can produce serious side effects to our body. But you will definitely lose weight from starving. One of my friend starves & she lost a hell lot of weight. Really, i'm really tempted to try it.
I guess i'm just gonna eat healthily, starting from next week. Like, instead of eating so much carbo, i'm gonna replace it with fruits & vegs. You've no idea how much i love greens! Gonna cut down on eating rice too. It does help. I remember i used to cut down on rice when i was in secondary school & i did lose weight.
'm also gonna stop drinking sweet drinks & snacking at night, it is damn bad. I've been controlling myself from doing that because each time after i eat, i feel sleepy & i will go straight to bed. Uh, you know what happens when you sleep straight after eating..
